What is the AECB?
The Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) is the UAE's national credit bureau, established in 2014. Every bank, telecom company, and licensed lender reports your payment history to the AECB.

How to Improve Your Score
- •Pay every bill on time — set up auto-pay
- •Keep credit card utilisation below 30% of your limit
- •Don't close your oldest credit card
- •Wait 6 months between credit applications
